Supported major public-sector organisations in transitioning from seniority-based to results-based HR and leadership systems, laying the groundwork for performance-driven cultures.

2002 - 2004

Developed OD diagnostics including Real Check and ROE; expanded consulting across HR systems, leadership competencies, and organisational effectiveness, advancing both Organisational Leadership (OL) and Personal Leadership (PL) 360-degree practices.

Became the first Certified Masters of The Leadership Challenge in Asia (now three Masters, including

Co-authored Real Leaders, a globally recognised leadership and OD text. Developed PACE360, arobust 360-degree feedback engine.Introduced William Isaacs’ The Art of Thinking Together to Asia, advancing dialogue-based leadership and
collective thinking.

2015

Developed Realyse®, a mobile platform delivering bite-sized leadership learning for self-directed development. Established PACE ODI, extending world-class OD content globally through licensed partners.
