Nigel is an effervescent communicator who makes connection with people with ease. He has a raw talent to simplify concepts to practical applications that are instrumental to advance organisations towards achieving their people and leadership development goals.
Gifted in processing and presenting information with crystal-clear clarity, Nigel is a 'natural' facilitator of various topics not limited to team building, supervisory skills and leadership development for middle management.
His unique strong and clear voice is another asset that he brings with as a facilitator. As a fast learner, he yearns to grow in his role to continually make an impact on organisations.
As a facilitator, he believes that boundaries are limitless, just as it is with the impact made with facilitation.
Aside to his facilitator role, Nigel is an active member of PACE Digital OD Solutions (DODS) team, extending PACE DODS to clients across the region.
Prior to his work at PACE, Nigel had the opportunity to run an AI & Data Analytics startup, resurrecting it from near death to run a good 5 years. Spurred by the onslaught of online teaching initiatives during Covid, Nigel proceeded to publish Making Online Learning More Satisfying (2020) in the Journal of Technology, Pedagogy and Education to further legitimise the importance of content & human presence in learning.
Nigel brings with him IT & product development project experience while working for a range of clientele from SMEs to government ministries. Nigel has immersed himself in the product life cycle of projects big and small from inception to delivery.
Nigel holds a degree in Communication Studies from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information, Nanyang Technological University..
In his free time, Nigel likes to take walks around Changi Park while talking excessively loud into his bluetooth earpiece. It is too quiet in the east. If you find yourself nearby walking in the evenings, and you hear laughter and sniggering behind you, it’s nothing to run for the hills for, it’s probably just him on the phone.
