Doris' experience spans over 20 years, in education, coaching, mentoring, change management and leadership learning and development.
She was headhunted to intervene strategically as a liaison between management and support staff, national policy and anchoring the people to understand how their action affects the company’s or nation’s critical.
It is her second nature to build people beyond their current potential. She places opportunities, connects bridges to serve and grow individuals, organisations and communities, so they can excel.
Peers regard her as someone personable, level-headed, possessing a ‘never say die attitude’. She has strong commitment to excellence, an inner drive, grit and works well with others. It is her endeavours to sprinkle these ingredients into every project she works on.
