Real® Check is an assessment to measure how employees in the organisation are feeling working within a specified context. It systematically collects feedback on a defined regular basis, and provides real-time insights on team or organisational members so that the right interventions can be implemented in a timely and effective manner.

After collating the feedback of the assessment after a defined time frame, a report will be issued to the organisation. The report can be printed in English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.

How does Real® Check work?

1. Listen
We encourage the assessment to be sent out weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly. They will be given a handful of questions that will take about 3 to 5 minutes to respond.
2. Engage
Responses from team will be collated to the dashboard anonymously. Results of the dashboard will be shown to everyone.  
The entire team that participated in Real® Check is able to use this team-awareness result to discuss what were working and what weren’t working in the team or in the organisation.
3. Decide
Leaders and managers are now able to implement small steps of behaviour change to create regular incremental improvements to the level of engagement within the work team or organisation.
