In our strategy framework, there are five steps: assess and organise, environmental assessment, strategy formulation, strategy planning and, implementation, evaluation and control. In assess and organise, we gain input from key stakeholders in the organisation and collaboratively form a holistic and comprehensive strategy In environmental assessment, we use PESTCC to scan the environment around the organisation and perform a SWOT analysis.  In strategy formulation, we facilitate customer analysis, situational analysis, self evaluation, competitor analysis and set a strategy for the organisation.  In strategy planning, we facilitate stakeholders in acquiring competencies for strategic thinking and strategic planning. We collaborate with them to craft a clear focus for the organisation for the first few years. Stakeholders are able to develop a strategic plan at this stage. In the final stage, stakeholders are able to allocate resources and establish a management team to oversee the execution.
