Customer Relationship specialist
As Customer Relationship Specialist at PACE OD Consulting, Rey takes pride in building warm and trust-based relationships — both with client companies and his colleagues. With a heart for service and a passion for people, he is driven by a desire to render Real Service to clients through strong partnerships and lasting relationships.
Since joining the company in 2014, he worked alongside HR Managers and HR Executives across varied organisations who engage PACE in their OD and learning and development needs. He takes care of scheduling, logistic arrangements, project coordination and post-learning delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Prior to joining PACE, Rey worked in the hospitality and business process outsourcing industries, where he honed his skills at excellent customer relations.
A graduate of Asian College of Science & Technology (Dumaguete City, Philippines) with the Degree in Information Technology, Rey has been active in various academic and co-curricular activities that allow him to interact with different people from all walks of life. He is a family-oriented person and believes that family relationships are the foundation for interactions with people outside of the home.
