PACE 360° Feedback assessment


PACE360° Feedback Assessment examines the transactional and transformational leadership competencies for leaders who desire to master management and supervisory skills globally, in Asia and beyond, to build organisational effectiveness in a time where profitability and performance are emphasised to the neglect of developing leaders.



Functional and frontline managers will get feedback on their effectiveness in influencing, enabling and managing their people to support key decisions and policies needed to advance their organisation to greater heights.


People Leader Competencies

The Assessment comprises 12 competencies and 60 behaviours. The leaders will receive feedback on their Internal and External Business Engagement as well as People Engagement competencies.


Internal Business Engagement

The competencies that fall under Internal Business Engagement are Upholding Ethics and Values, Sound Judgement, Manage Change and Performance Drive. 

External Business Engagement

The competencies that fall under External Business Engagement are Strategic Thinking and Planning, Local Orientation, Partnership Building and Customer Orientation.

People Engagement

The competencies that fall under People Engagement are Influence Others, Enable Others, Manage Teams and Manage Talents & Diversity.
