 Our OD diagnosis instruments serve to identify the issues pertaining to employees, leaders and the organisation and facilitate the design of appropriate interventions towards attaining the organisation’s mission.

PACE offers an array of research-based OD diagnosis instruments that have been conceptualised and developed, led by Dr. Peter Cheng and Dr. Lily Cheng. These instruments include the Real Leaders 360° Feedback Assessment, PACE360° Assessment for People and Organisation Leaders, and Real Organisational Experience Assessment.

The organisational leader assessment is differentiated from the people leader assessment by means of a different set of competencies that are specifically assigned to senior leadership.
