2014 has been an interesting milestone for PACE. The events that transpired this year were inspired by our vision to be a world-class OD resource to our customers even more. Our OD solutions reflect how we strive for excellence in our work. We provide solutions based on the work of world-class, credible authors and researchers. Both Peter and I have now joined the ranks of elite researchers having completed our PhD in Change Management and Leadership. This further strengthens our position to providing world-class and credible solutions to the organisations out there.
We researched on the market needs, and realised that most of Asia has a need for a deeper OD work. We also saw the lack in the development of OD solutions that fit the Asian market and have designed OD solutions to close the gap. We made sure that our solutions are aligned with our clients' needs to bring about effective solutions that sustain OD. Amongst many OD solutions, we are now doing a lot on the culture piece; helping organisations build a more sustainable and robust culture that is imperative amidst this superlative changing environment.
We are looking forward to a very exciting journey ahead in 2015. I remember reflecting back in July about the role of PACE in the OD industry. We envision PACE expanding its reach beyond the corporate world, and also touching on personal lives. We envision OD practices morphed into what I call “LIFE OD” because our professional work and private life have become one. Our hope is to share and impart what we know to a changing world that needs to adapt and adopt OD practices in their work environment and personal lives. Our desire is to see PACE as an instrument in transforming lives and a driving force that provides help to organisations and their people to realise their goals.
