We announced our partnership with Danish company, Motivation Factor in May, when their Co-Founder, Karsten Bundgaard, came to Singapore to certify our whole team as Motivation Factor practitioners. Motivation Factor offers a research- and evidence-based framework and tools to help individuals, teams and organisations stay motivated, which are highly complementary offerings to PACE’s people-centred OD solutions.
Now representing Motivation Factor in the Asia-Pacific region as part of the growing network of Motivation Factor practitioners, we’ve been working hard to bring you our Real Motivation™ programmes that are powered by Motivation Factor. This month has been extremely exciting for us as we officially launched Real Motivation™ in Singapore with Helle Bundgaard, Founder of Motivation Factor, in a week that culminated with the Real Motivation Symposium on 22 September 2017.
Delegates from around 50 organisations and a wide range of industries joined us at the symposium that was opened by the Ambassador of Denmark to Singapore and Brunei. The symposium provided an opportunity for organisations to explore the application of neuroscience in the art of motivation, and also included an interactive time of Q&A.
With Singapore's employees the least engaged in Asia (Aon and Hewitt 2016), we believe that Motivation Factor's approach is what organisations really need right now to effectively manage a workforce that is not only seeking good job benefits, but a higher purpose to motivate them.
Want to know more about the Motivation Factor framework that works with the universal “hardware” of the brain while providing the tools to manage the “software” (how we internalise, interpret and respond to our environment) of our motivational drivers?
