This past month has seen the ODI team reach out further beyond our borders to build interest and touch base with organisations based in Manila. With our new movement into Philippines, we now have a total of 7 countries on our list for potential partner organisations. As it stands we currently have 2 agreements in place and are hopeful for 2 more agreements to be confirmed in the near future.
Happening on the 24th June, we have our very first event: Real Service™ Exuberance - Delivering High-Touch Service in a High-Tech World. Our team is very excited in bringing this event to life as it features one of our more recent works, the Real Service™ programmes - a culmination of Dr. Peter Cheng’s extensive experience in working with organisations, leaders and people to help develop service excellence cultures and practices.
This half-day event kicks off in the morning and aims to help you understand the relationship between authentic service and sustainable business growth, as well as to share practical tips on building a customer-first service culture. During the programme there will also be a mini workshop conducted by the Real Service™ author, Dr. Peter Cheng, on applying a situational awareness mindset. If you are in a client-facing industry, you do not want to miss out on this event!
