As Customer Service Catalyst at PACE OD Consulting, Rey takes pride in building warm and trust-based relationships — both with client companies and his colleagues. He is passionate in changing changes for the betterment in how our clients are rendered with PACE Real Service.
Since joining the company in 2014, he worked alongside HR Managers and HR Executives across varied organisations who engage PACE in their OD and learning and development needs. He takes care of scheduling, logistic arrangements, project coordination and post-learning delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Previously, Rey worked in the hospitality and business process outsourcing industries, where he developed his innate warm personality in dealing with customers. Rey began his career working in business process outsourcing, where customer service standards are significantly important.
A graduate of Asian College of Science & Technology (Dumaguete City, Philippines) with the Degree in Information Technology, Rey has been active in various academic and co-curricular activities that allowed him to interact with different people from all walks of life. He is a family-oriented person and believes that family relationships are the foundation for interactions with people outside of the home.
