PERCEIVED GAP

a sound reason for the need to change

In Dr. Lily Cheng's research on the 9 Enablers of Change, Perceived Gap refers to the change agent raising dissatisfaction with the present state, either by realising the organisation is poorly aligned with its environment, or by identifying opportunities that are being forfeited. The change agent thus provides a sound reason for the need to change.

We believe that everyone is capable of becoming a change agent. To help you unlock your potential, we invite you to participate in this short reflection to identify the perceived gaps in your professional or personal life.
