Organization Development (O.D.) Framework

PACE adopts a holistic approach to organization development, bringing organizations from their existing state to their desired ideal future state. PACE helps organizations through ‘soft’ organization development interventions – in Leadership, People and Performance – and ‘hard’ organization development interventions – in Strategy, Structure, System and Process – built around the core center of organizations - Culture.

With meaningful and thorough diagnosis, PACE works closely with learning partners and delivers relevant and targeted interventions for organizations to move ahead in their strategic goals and direction. Believing in delivering tangible results, PACE measures return of investments in the forms of organization learning and key performance indicators to ensure that goals are achieved.

This phase allows PACE to conduct an in-depth current state assessment with key stakeholders in the organizations to identify the gaps that are present.

 Depending on the scope of O.D. works involved, the approach of the diagnostic varies from organization level strategic planning sessions to team and individual level interviews and focus group sessions, where external and internal environment/trends are taken into consideration.

With the future organization state in mind, this phase sees PACE partnering with organizations stakeholders to develop O.D. interventions across the 3 levels i.e. organization, team and individual, depending on the priorities and needs of the organization. Interventions at this stage can be categorized into two main areas of O.D. works - Hard O.D. and Soft O.D.

Misconception about O.D. still exist in organizations today due to the overwhelming and often conflicting information available in the market, lack of understanding about the field and its potential benefits, and lack of clear Return on Investment (ROI) measures to gauge tangible value in exchange for investments spent on O.D. interventions. PACE ensures that relevant systems and processes are in place during the entire projects to measure the impact of the O.D. interventions on business results and to ensure transfer of learning back to workplace - achieving the desired future state.
