An organization’s vision spells out the objectives it wants to achieve and/or strategic direction that it is heading whereas the organization’s mission emphasizes on the present, describing the activities that it seeks to perform in order to attain the ideal standards. Additionally, beliefs and behavioral norms shared among the people within an organization constitute the organization’s core values, which in turn drive the organization's culture and priorities. The ability to communicate a strategic framework consisting of these three entities and many others will hence be necessary for organizations to establish lasting competitive advantage and growth in this increasingly unpredictable global environment.

Our Vision, Mission, Values Articulation program helps you to determine your organization’s vision, mission and values for strategic positioning.  You will learn and apply specialized frameworks, tools and methodologies in an experiential learning environment to:

  • Clarify and develop a compelling vision statement and a persuasive mission statement, alongside with a set of relevant and related core values;
  • Identify and establish behavioral standards and a code of conduct for your employees to embody the core values so as to achieve the vision and the mission;
  • Establish ethical standards of behaviour for your organization; and
  • Identify challenges of putting core values into action and strategies to engage employees.
