Influencing is to make a proposal or proposition to a client with the goal to make him agree. There is a need to know what we want from the person or situation in order to reach the “YES” in a proposal. It will not be successful if we do not know what we sell and how to sell it. Building “trust” is the first and basic task one has to do.

This workshop will help you to adopt persuasion as an tool. To be effective in this skill, one has to use the power of persuading others to get things done. This encompasses the different power bases and developing the weaker power bases areas to be more effective influencers whether you are managers or a seasoned professional who seeks to broaden your knowledge and skills.
