As what authors of The Leadership Challenge James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner have highlighted, leadership is about an observable set of skills and abilities that are useful wherever you are. Hence, the process of strengthening and honing this unique skill requires practice and feedback together with suitable coaching in place to complete the equation.

As a student trainer, you are in the position to set examples for your students, to uncover their hidden talents and also play a part in shaping their future.

Therefore, you will be equipped with the skills to guide your students through the process of applying Kouzes and Posner acclaimed Five Practices of Exemplary Student Leadership® model to real-life challenges both in school and in their lives.
