This phase allows PACE to conduct an in-depth current state assessment with key stakeholders in the organizations to identify the gaps that are present.
Depending on the scope of OD works involved, the approach of the diagnostic varies from organization level strategic planning sessions to team and individual level interviews and focus group sessions, where external and internal environment/trends are taken into consideration. |
With the future organization state in mind, this phase sees PACE partnering with organizations stakeholders to develop OD interventions across the 3 levels i.e. organization, team and individual, depending on the priorities and needs of the organization. Interventions at this stage can be categorized into two main areas of OD works - Hard OD and Soft OD. |
Misconception about OD still exist in organizations today due to the overwhelming and often conflicting information available in the market, lack of understanding about the field and its potential benefits, and lack of clear Return on Investment (ROI) measures to gauge tangible value in exchange for investments spent on OD interventions. PACE ensures that relevant systems and processes are in place during the entire projects to measure the impact of the OD interventions on business results and to ensure transfer of learning back to workplace - achieving the desired future state. |
