Peter is the Executive Director of PACE, who strategizes and manages the tactical direction of the organization. An acute marketer by practice, Peter’s highly sensing nature enables him to accurately address the needs of the market, rolling out
up-to-date strategies to empower PACE in constantly staying afloat.

With over 28 years of experience in the business arena, Peter’s resourcefulness has served him well in putting him ahead of others regardless of the challenges faced. His natural ability to cascade learning through the various levels of an organization has brought him to various places such as Beijing, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and many more. Coming from a solid corporate background with prior working experience in MNCs, This part-time lecturer has amassed a great deal of real-life knowledge to handle situational challenges. His close association with SIM Professional Education division is a testament of the popularity of his influential skill in empowering others to lead and manage changes.

One of the first two in Asia to attain the Master Facilitator status for the acclaimed The Leadership Challenge and The Leadership Profile programs, this business leader is also a Master Coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute and a member with the International Coaching Community, U.K. Apart from being a registered professional member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K., Peter is a Certified Management Consultant who holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment coupled by being an Accredited Administrator for the following tools: MBTI, DiSC, FIRO-B and Strong Interest Inventory. This certified consultant for People Developer Standard and Singapore Quality Class is often the preferred choice when it comes to certain senior management program. On his academic achievements, Peter holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, USA.
